Keyser Siso
Lives and works in Valencia, Venezuela.
Keyser Siso has exhibited his work over a decade in numerous exhibitions, individually and collectively, as well as in international art fairs such as Art America and PULSE in Miami and the International Art Fair in San Juan Puerto Rico. He has participated in the most prestigious art salons in his country, such as the Michelena Salon, the National Young Artists Salon at the Museum of Contemporary Art of Zulia (MACZUL), The National Art Salon of Aragua, the Hector Rojas Salon, the CANTV Salon at the Ibero-American Art Fair, among others, and in many of them he has received honours and awards.
His works show characters and objects that merge a veiled ingenuousness and candour and a manifest simplicity of its proposal, with a fine black humour, irony and sarcasm.
