Manuel Hernández
Lives and works in Maracaibo, Venezuela
Manuel Hernández graduated with a degree in Architecture from Zulia University (LUZ); he also studied drawing and painting at the Fine Arts Academy of Zulia where he found his true vocation in the arts.
Since 1982 he has shown his work in more than sixty exhibitions: solo and collectively, nationally and internationally. His work has been recognized in art salons and his paintings are represented in many collections around Venezuela and other countries. Manuel has exhibited his work in prestigious galleries in Venezuela, Germany, Italy and China. Recently, Manuel was selected by the Contemporary Art Museum of Zulia to take part in the exhibition Zulia actual (Contemporary Zulia), the aim was to present a collection of recent works by the most recognized artists of the State.
